Designed and operationalized the Fee-For-Services Model and Co-working Incubator Space Membership Model, creating new revenue-generating streams for the organization- Served as Project Manager of a $3.4M construction build-out of commercial office space and managed relocation team- Led board member engagement and research and developed strategies that optimized a 35-member non-profit organization board of directors- Brokered a key relationship between the local public housing authority and public school district that was pivotal in awarding a $40M HUD Choice grant in 2021. The dollars were used to rebuild and modernize a public housing development built in 1939- Launched and managed a countywide Lead Safe Living Initiative from 2005 to 2013, which was the foundation for the Lead Safe CLE Coalition and the establishment of a $17M local fund and local housing policy to eradicate lead poisoning in 2019.
