I am an experienced Income Tax Accounting Director with over fifteen years of experience including over nine years at large multinational corporations. My experience includes the preparation and review of financial statement disclosures, ETR calculation, complex book/tax differences (stock based compensation, depreciation, etc.), calculation of UTBs and research and documentation of both certain and uncertain tax positions. I approach every project with enthusiasm and look for any efficiencies that can be gained by restructuring a workbook or incorporating technology. I believe that there is always a better way something can be done and I am always eager to find that solution.
