Program Manager, Global Service Training @SCIEX

I support the training function for SCIEX\'s Field Service Team, serving the learning needs of over 600 field service members who manage SCIEX\'s extensive portfolio of Mass Spectrometry and LC Systems. My responsibilities include deploying training programs through the SCIEX Learning Management System, maintaining and developing its architecture, and developing impactful online learning materials. These efforts ensure our team can effectively install, repair, qualify, and perform planned maintenance on highly specialized equipment. Additionally, I provide metrics to evaluate program performance and oversee training development for a team of 10 trainers. My training deployment includes scheduling and maintaining a global training calendar that supports an intensive laboratory training program, yielding over training seats yearly across three global training centers. I support trainers in building curriculum roadmaps to guide development efforts, leverage my project management skills to ensure the department delivers training on time, and assist the organization in developing FSE competency standards. I run assessments on skill levels to inform training material development and identify mentorship opportunities. Through these initiatives, I ensure continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
