Responsible for overall HR strategy and leadership as a a member of the senior leadership team. Responsibilities include- Guiding and mentoring the Human Resources Group and enhancing its standing as a strategic organizational function- Providing leadership and strategic advice related to all program areas of HR including talent strategy and management, workforce planning and succession, learning and development, performance and recognition, employee engagement, labour relations, total rewards and associated systems- Championing an organizational culture based on trust and respect and ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all organizational members consistent with the company’s values and ethical behaviours- Designing and implementing HR systems, processes and policies that support the company’s strategic direction consistent with legislative and regulatory standards as well as high standards of professional practice
