   At ThoughtSpot, my core responsibility is leading and directing people operations and people business partners\' team, including people business partners, people generalists, and people system analysts. My objectives are to spearhead end-to-end operations of employee lifecycle, such as strategic people programs, employee relations, people systems, data analytics, compliance, and operations, as well as drive operational excellence by improving all people processes and systems from regional to global. My achievements are as follows: • Championed and implemented Greenhouse Onboarding initiative to transition employee onboarding process from manual to fully automated experience for all parties and stakeholders. • Won Core Code Hackathon by developing a real-time diversity dashboard to show diversity representation across all DE & I metrics enabling organizations to visually see organizational structure; pitched to HR organizations of ThoughtSpot customers and prospects. • Developed cross-functional, global, and centralized team by merging multiple regional-centered teams across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
