I focus my practice predominantly in senior care and healthcare litigation. As part of my Senior Care practice, I regularly advise long-term care facilities and senior living communities on developing risk mitigation strategies to reduce adverse events and provide representation should professional or general liability claims arise. As a member of Saxton & Stump\'s Healthcare and Mitigation Team, I proudly defend healthcare organizations, hospitals, and physicians against medical malpractice claims brought against them.In addition, I represent beverage retailers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars, private clubs, music and entertainment venues, breweries, wineries and distilleries on licensing, permits and compliance as well as enforcement actions and claims resolution
