I am a purpose-filled, passionate, “ambassadoress” of the people. I allow my passion for serving others to lead me in recruiting and sourcing. I have 20 years + hours) of experience in temporary staffing where I worked in several distinct roles from an admin to a sales professional. While my career in temporary staffing was successful and challenging, I have parlayed that experience to help me to become a Professional Talent Acquisition Partner with one of the most award winning companies on Earth, UKG. My focus today has been high-volume recruiting as well as concentrating on those who are at that entry-level point in their career paths. From the moment that I entered the HR/Recruiting field it has been my desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, whether they are a job seeker or a hiring manager looking to add to their team and organization- my goal is for candidates to have a successful candidate experience and the hiring process for the hiring manager to run as smoothly as possible. When I am not working, I enjoy being a full-time grandma Ki-Ki, cooking, Home DIYer, with the hopes of one day pursuing my other passion of interior decor.
