Throughout my career I have been involved in all facets of HR in both union and non-union manufacturing environments. I have worn most HR hats including HR Manager of multiple plants, recruiting, employee relations, contract management, HR Policies and Practices, Payroll and Timekeeping, Workers Compensation, and benefits.Through plant closures, relocations, and acquisitions, I faced a lot of hurdles and challenges. With each new challenge, I learned new skills and new ways to help people and support my companies’ goals.My reputation is being a dedicated and reliable professional and an excellent team player! What makes me happy is helping others by leading, coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
