About Kim Pollock
Kim Pollock serves as Senior Associate of Client Value-Add Programs at Future Standard. In this role, Ms. Pollock assists with the strategy, development and execution of FS Thrive—a collection of interactive value-add programs for financial advisor teams and home offices. Prior to joining the FS Thrive team, she supported Client Portfolio Management and National Accounts. Ms. Pollock earned a BA in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University, where she created and served as president for the Temple University chapter of the Music and Entertainment Student Association (MEISA). She holds several Predictive Index certifications such as Talent Optimization Consultant, Team Performance, and Engagement and Productivity, as well as a certificate in Mental Health First Aid. Outside of the office, Ms. Pollock volunteers as an Adoption Assistant for the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society and is passionate about community engagement and mental wellness awareness. In her free time, Ms. Pollock enjoys supporting the Phillies and Flyers, attending concerts and spoiling her rescue cats, Babka and Latke.
