I LOVE WHAT I DO. How many of us can actually say that? I am a Campus Talent Specialist at Lithko Contracting, LLC. In essence, my days are spent building relationships with programs and universities, identifying tomorrow’s leaders, and coaching our young talent through their first year here. Lithko is one of the nation’s leading (#2 on ENR’s list!) commercial concrete contractors. We are growing by leaps and bounds, but we can only grow as fast as our talent. Before venturing into the world of recruiting and development, I spent my days as a Project Manager for general contractors and construction managers. In those 15 years, I had some tremendous mentors that helped to shape my career and set me off on a path of success. Now it’s my turn to pay it forward.
