About Kim Peterson
I help people learn so they can do. When faced with a performance gap or a training need, I love brainstorming viable solutions with my team and executing the best choice. Good training must make an impact on learner behavior. I use words to convey meaning. When writing for a course I put thought into each word, sentence, and structure to create a message befitting the source content and intended audience (even something as seemingly simple as button text requires consideration). I add value to my teams through my creativity and ability to work with others. I appreciate feedback and criticism but am also willing to push back when I disagree.
