The CARA Group is a human performance consulting firm specializing in custom learning, change management and technical communication solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. We design, develop and implement the programs that directly contribute to an organization\'s productivity and growth. As a Talent Manager, I ensure that those solutions are delivered by the highest caliber professional consulting talent in the OCM and L&D fields. In my role, I am obsessed with the consultant experience. Retaining great talent begins and ends with supporting the consultants. In my role I identify the best consultant for a particular role, guide the consultant through the selection and onboarding process to set them up for success, and provide ongoing support during their engagement. My focus is on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our consultants and ensuring their success during their engagement. These relationships are the basis for CARA’s and my personal success.
