   Kimberly serves as an Account Director providing Corporate Facility Management and overseeing a $67 million budget for our grocery superstore client, including their gas stations and additional premises on site. My team of 225 people provides maintenance and conducts facilities related financial responsibilities for a portfolio of 250 sites, containing 50 million square feet, to flawlessly serve our client as they serve our communities. Our goal is to create a World Class Metrics Driven Maintenance Program that manages internal and 3rd party contractors for maintaining and repairing all buildings, equipment and grounds from the rooftop to the curb at our client’s locations. Our program also provides and focuses on financials, sourcing, technology, program management and communication producing regular reporting to ensure budget and quality metrics are met and to provide a safe work environment for all.
