Responsible for receiving Information Technology project requests; reviewing literature/document requirements associated with projects; identifying project team, scope and technical requirements; developing & scheduling team responsibilities, project plans, budget, time-lines, resources, etc; managing projects from onset through completion; providing project updates; identifying and tracking project issues; evaluating deliverables to ensure work meets specifications & quality; & provides project reports and updates.· Receives IT project requests; reviews literature/document requirements associated with projects; coordinates with cross-functional teams, to establish business goals & strategies.·Works with cross-functional teams to identify project team key players & determine project scope & requirements.·Develops & schedules team responsibilities; technical/operation requirements; detailed project plans, project budget, time-lines, resources, in order to accomplish project goals·Manages projects, including leading project meetings; documents issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables; updates project schedules and plans, project communications, budget tracking, etc.·Identifies and tracks project issues, resolves issues where possible or escalates to higher management when needed; assesses and manages risks & drives mitigation activities.·Evaluates deliverables prepared by team to ensure work meets specifications and maintains a high level of quality.·Attends regularly scheduled meetings in order to provide project updates and information.·Manages project from initial concept through final implementation, utilizing established guidelines & procedures.·Schedules & attends meetings with third-party professionals and vendors to establish business relationships & ensure projects are implemented according to specifications and guidelines.·Prepares and maintains project reports & status updates
