ABOUT KIM-MARIE CROWN

With two decades of experience in leadership, learning, and organisational development, I’m a seasoned Learning & Organisational Development Manager currently in the financial sector, focused on driving performance through inclusive, evidence-based strategies.I champion a culture of continuous improvement, where every learning initiative we design, deliver, or commission is purposeful and impactful. By integrating Lean/Six Sigma methodologies with principles of psychology and business psychology, I ensure that L & OD aligns with business goals while also fostering equity and growth.Given that an estimated 15-20% of the UK population are neurodivergent, learning that isn’t neuroinclusive simply isn’t good enough commercially, legally, or morally. To bridge this gap, I am a qualified AuDHD Coach and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity, equipping me to design and provide learning that reflects the true diversity of minds across society.Beyond my professional life, I serve on the Independent Advisory Panel at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in a voluntary capacity. I contribute to the development of future leaders through championing strategic inclusivity and welfare in military education.Having discovered a passion for research during my studies in psychology and business psychology at Arden University—I now focus my research on eating disorders. My aim is to contribute meaningful insight that improves diagnosis and informs treatment for eating disorders in both clinical and educational settings.
