Preparation of annual budget • Coordinate and build relationships with external teams and internal financial stewards to ensure a seamless funding process/service. • working with project managers to get all the information needed for the specific request. Monthly and annual close of financial systems • Submit Expense Requests in the system making sure all the documents and data is correct. Oversee project budget forecast.
