Experience in pharmaceutical and aerospace manufacturing and business operations.My original position at Moog in 2012 arose out of the rapid growth of the aircraft business and the strategic shift towards expanding the global supply chain creating opportunities to manage the complex process for delivery of piece parts across the globe.This challenge allowed me to apply my skills and develop a team utilizing a newly constructed Command Center to manage and improve various aspects of our global supply chain. Our team developed and refined actionable KPI\'s for all Aircraft Group sites to focus operational improvement activities.In 2017, we introduced the theory & concepts of Demand Driven MRP to Moog and we have been working diligently to implement DDMRP across Moog\'s Aircraft Group resulting in improved delivery, right-sized inventory and prioritization for our supply chain. What a rewarding journey it has been!In 2020, to further develop Moog\'s knowledge base of DDMRP and help to launch other strategic initiatives I joined Moog Aircraft Group\'s Supply Chain Project Management Office.
