About Kim Logan
I work at the intersection of data, research, and organizational systems, with a focus on using data to inform thoughtful, equitable decision-making.With over a decade of experience across research, analytics, and operations in education and nonprofit contexts, I’ve partnered with leaders to design data tools, analyze complex information, and translate findings into insights that support real decisions. My work spans quantitative and qualitative methods, and I’m particularly interested in how culture, systems, and power shape what data captures — and how it’s interpreted.I bring an equity-centered approach to data work, grounded in the belief that how data is gathered and used matters just as much as the results it produces. I enjoy working through ambiguity, asking better questions of familiar data, and supporting leaders in moving beyond surface-level metrics.I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy Analysis and have experience working with a range of tools and platforms in service of research, analysis, and organizational learning.
