Kim Licciardi is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and the Partner & Business Development Leader at Black Diamond Realty, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage based in Morgantown, WV. With deep roots in finance and commercial banking, Kim brings over 20 years of high-level experience to her role, including a successful tenure as Vice President of Commercial Banking at BB & T Bank, where she managed and structured over $350 million in her commercial portfolio. Kim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting—both from West Virginia University. She also completed executive banking studies at the prestigious BB & T School of Banking at Wake Forest University, strengthening her expertise in finance, investment banking, commercial lending, and negotiation. Kim attained her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in October 2023. This accreditation recognizes her as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Kim has also been awarded the SIOR designation, a mark of achievement in commercial real estate that signifies a commitment to integrity, a history of high-level performance, and deep industry knowledge in the areas of Industrial and Office assets. Licensed as a commercial real estate broker in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia, Kim joined Black Diamond Realty in June 2020, transitioning from banking to pursue her passion for commercial real estate. Since then, she has played an integral role in numerous sale and acquisition transactions totaling more than $400 million. Her specialties include acquisition/disposition analysis, investment/ IRR analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, underwriting, and client engagement. She has built a vast network of professional relationships across West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Kim’s transactional experience spans across a broad range of sectors, including office, industrial, flex space, retail/restaurant, business parks, student housing, land, hospitality, specialty medical offices, and build-to-suit developments.
