ABOUT KIM LEHMAN
I am a dedicated member of the Collins Aerospace global employment law team with primary responsibility for our Interiors and Mission Systems Business Units. I provide practical legal advice to further the company\'s strategic goals and support Collins core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation. I partner with leadership on a broad range of matters including wage & hour issues, employee relations, recruiting, policy development, leaves of absence, accommodations, ethics & compliance, and diversity, equity & inclusion. As the legal representative on the Collins Workplace of the Future Task Force, I have provided guidance to support our global initiative to increase employee engagement through hybrid and remote work opportunities. I received my undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. After working in television and film production, I transitioned to broadcast news where I worked as a reporter and evening news anchor in Oregon, Idaho, Michigan and North Carolina. I leveraged my experience writing and communicating and pivoted to a career in the legal field after graduating cum laude from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
