With 25+ years in digital design, UX, and Design Operations, I’ve led teams of all sizes, optimized workflows, and built systems that support designers and the organization. I love solving problems, whether it’s streamlining processes, improving team collaboration, or making sure designers have what they need to do their best work. I’ve worked across industries—from financial services to eCommerce—leading everything from UX strategy and brand development to onboarding and operations.
