Responsible for ensuring insurance coverage is in compliance with contract requirements and work with additional parties to resolve any discrepancies between Owner and Contractor· Negotiation and Placement of coverage for project- specific coverages, including Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs, Builders Risk, Pollution and Professional Liability· Prepare periodic financial analyses for all CCIP projects· Administer enrollment and reconciliation/closure of Rolling Joint Venture Program(s)· Liaison with project teams and insurance carriers on Builders Risk, General Liability, Professional Liability and Pollution claims
