ABOUT KIM KREGLOSKI

I lead business development and customer success for MerchLogix, a provider of cloud-based, data-driven visual merchandising execution solutions. My finance background has conditioned me to be keenly aware of what our retail customers are ultimately focused on: driving revenue, reducing overhead costs, and increasing shareholder value.But HOW we help drive those results is what makes us special. We take pride in listening (really listening) to our clients and their customers and creating solutions that are genuinely unique and exactly the right thing for every client.I try to personally embody that same spirit – as a service provider, as a partner, and as a leader of my own team. My personal mission is to bring clarity and simplicity to everything I do, by listening to what’s said (and what might be left unsaid). I love learning about a company’s process – or about the experience of one person working in an organization – and finding ways to simplify and improve things, charting a course for sustainable, repeatable success.Throughout my career, I’ve always worked hard to nurture the natural gifts of the people who work for me, helping them develop their own ability to overcome any business challenge. After years of success in my own career, I’m confident and comfortable in my own skin, and I love helping other people get better, one small shift at a time. It’s the focus of my work life.
