   Transformed low performing sales store to 37% comp and over $14 million in sales dollar growth, leading not only district/group but region results. Increased guest traffic by 129K transactions in 2020 with an additional 40K in 2021, growing basket size by 8.6%. • Implemented ship-from-store process, allowing store to add sales dollars, additional team members and payroll hours. Since this roll out, the store has led all metrics involved from pick on time, items located and shipped on time in district and group. • Developed a leadership team of outstanding performers, reflecting best in class operational results leading district and group in all areas. • Drove Team engagement to 93% and leader engagement to 100% on annual TeamVoice survey. Leader retention best in district with no direct report resignations in five years. Engagement numbers have improved 15% with overall team and more than 20% for leadership during my leadership tenure. • Promoted multiple leaders to growth opportunities and upper-level leadership positions. Grew team members into leaders. • Mentor new in role peers, cover Store Director vacancies and have acted in various district captainship to include operations, community involvement, guest experience, loyalty programs, talent planning, training, payroll/expenses and work center deep dives.
