Secured lead gift of $20M.Secured a State Capital Budget allocation and a $1M TIF District grant from the City of Cincinnati for the project.Works directly with a Strategic Board of Trustees of 36 and manages an endowment of $7M.Led comprehensive Strategic Plan and DEIA Plan creations.Led $6.5M Capital Campaign to purchase and renovate headquarters/Academy on Red Bank Road, moving in 2016 from a sq. ft. rented facility to a sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility for TCT Academy classes. Class attendance grew by 340% in the first session in the new building.Grew MainStage attendance from to in just two seasons, doubled staff and budget size, and increased Board diversity from 6-17% in two years.
