About Kim Kasting

I serve as President and CEO. Under my direction, the Johnson County Community Foundation manages more than 350 funds and $50+ million in assets. Previously, I served the Foundation as Vice President of Development and Director of Grants and Scholarships. I directed asset development strategies, donor services activities and managed the Color the County mural program. I worked closely with donors and community members to help them connect with charitable causes that matter in Johnson County. I am a life-long Johnson County resident. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. I have two daughters - Avery and Ellie. I am active in community organizations including Leadership Johnson County (2008 graduate), Franklin Development Corporation (President), Franklin Education Connection, and Franklin Rotary (Past President).

This person is responsible for implementation of Board policies and plans towards the attainment of goals to ensure growth, development and accomplishment of JCCF’s mission and vision.The President & CEO position offers significant responsibility, challenge, diversity of duties and substantial opportunity to serve the Johnson County community. The President & CEO serves as a model for other employees in respect to job commitment and dedication.
