Pipeline generation in SFDC (NEX)• Utilize tools for projects before they go to street. • Market/industry research/outlook for consultants- work with Subject Matter Experts on their annual strategy using that intelligence.• Consultants/A&E database management.• Live AE / Consultant info to call and get ahead of a project in NEX. • Assist Subject Matter Experts on Opportunities, follow up as needed.• Process leads in NEX – hand over to appropriate Account Manager.• Monitor project updates/changes in scope.• Maintain all Opportunities in NEX + reporting.• Tool review + social media / marketing / articles / white papers / vertical events / speaking opportunities.• Ensure pipeline is growing for next and future years.• Assist consultant prep for meetings and follow up actions.• Funnel potential articles/case study write ups to marketing for processing.• Identify vertical shows for consultants to attend throughout the year – if exhibiting is desired forward to marketing for consideration. During this process, identify any speaking opportunities for consultants to present. • Create/maintain NEX dashboards for team and consultants.• Create and track ‘campaign’ that are assigned to each opportunity to track research database. activity as well as shared GBE projects.• Attend end-user and A&E meetings as schedule allows.• Opportunity gatekeeper – Opportunities remain in Research Team names and ensure necessary documentation is required to close. • Quarterly strategy review - tweak as needed to meet industry changes.
