I am an executive-level transformation and operations leader with 25+ years of experience helping technology organizations turn strategy into clear priorities, strong execution, and operating models that scale. I work closely with executive, product, and engineering leaders to create the planning, governance, and delivery rhythms that bring clarity in complex, fast-changing environments.Throughout my career, I have built and led global program and transformation teams, with a strong focus on developing people, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting teams through growth and change.
