At Walt Disney World’s EPCOT, I support the General Motors guest experience as both a Product Specialist and GM Lounge Coordinator. In these roles I educate guests on advanced automotive technologies, coordinate guest experiences for GM employees and VIP visitors, and support the daily operations of a corporate hospitality environment.Beyond guest interaction, I enjoy building systems that make teams more effective. I have developed documentation libraries, data tracking tools, and guest-facing resources that help streamline processes, improve communication, and support staff training.A major passion of mine is learning and development.
