   Lead Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) strategy and performance for the US cereal business ($3B RNS, 5% growth,$5MM waste reduction,$82MM+ enterprise-wide cost savings), which includes several flagship brands- Lead and manage a team through a restructure and divestiture, which expanded responsibility to include FSQ Managers at manufacturing sites (35 employees)- Developed FSQ performance metric data visualization tools to support executive-level decision-making and identify opportunities. This included development and implementation of a consumer data-driven quality grid process for tier 1 products, a North American food safety scorecard, and a Business Performance Management (BPM) framework for enterprise-wide risk management and action planning- Launched consumer sentiment reporting to enable proactive monitoring of consumer sentiments before they become complaints- Built 3-year technology roadmap for advancing predictive quality on cereal products utilizing both innovative technology and AI, resulting in new business opportunities for oats due to significant improvement in the management of gluten-free ingredients- Executive sponsor the Technician Center of Excellence to enhance retention and engagement of the technician community comprised of approximately 400 employees.
