As Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Digitalization, Kim oversees digital transformation for one of the world’s largest supply chains that supports over restaurants around the world. In this role, Kim and her team are optimizing McDonald’s digital ecosystem to simplify business processes, accelerate decision making, and enable end-to-end product visibility to restaurants. Her team is driving a “digital-first” way of working through reliable data, efficient processes, and innovative, easy-to-use technology. Kim brings 19 years of broad-based cross-functional experience across global and market roles at McDonald’s, including Strategic Planning and Alignment, Supply Chain Risk Management & Advisory Services, Investor Relations, US Finance, and an international rotation in Hong Kong. Prior to McDonald\'s, Kim was a senior auditor at KPMG LLP in Chicago, specializing in real estate clients.Throughout her career, in addition to delivering strong business results, Kim has been recognized for her enterprise leadership, with a passion and commitment to coaching and developing future leaders within the organization.
