ABOUT KIM EWIN-HILL

Qualified Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master & Agile CoachKEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Nominated Peoples Forum Representative – Voted to represent the needs and feedback of Group Tech providing recommendations for improvements to HR policies and communications. • Designed and product managed the build, implementation and integration of Innovate; LV=\'s new collaborative, digital, community driven idea generation tool. Built using open source technology, the software provides a social media platform to revolutionise the ability to recognise potential wins, small change and fast track initiatives rewarded through a gamification recognition framework. In its first 3 months, it exceeded the innovation adoption lifecycle for innovators and early adopters by 17%. • Winning gold in the Step Two International Intranet & Digital Workplace Awards, FSTech Engagement and Loyalty Awards and the UK Customer Experience awards for Employee Engagement through social, collaborative ideation. • Repeatedly represented members of the executive team to external parties, customers and members and presented to the CEO and executive team independently for group wide initiatives pilot & roll out approval. • Successful implementation of B&Q’s Easier projects, 5B, 5D & Event 6 within my first year of joining the company. HIGHLIGHTS • Single handedly set up and delivered a Digital Garage App trial to over 200 members of staff on behalf of the head of Ecommerce, producing content and requirements for the mobile application. I produced and executed a user feedback survey which on collation identified a number of minor but key issues. My recommendation, on behalf of LV= & its customers, was to cease progression until actions had been taken and tested in line with our requirements. This decision saved us the potential reputational and subsequent profit damage that would have been the result had the pilot gone live as planned. • Implementation of Agile digital transformation in LV=, working closely with the business to embed & support delivery & buy-in creating an environment for continuous improvement.• Design and delivery of deep dive analysis, pulling data from approx. 30 contact centre teams to enable leaders to proactively target performance based on individual/team results and provide coaching & targeted training on specific areas of concern. • Designed, implemented and managed the employee attraction assessment programme increasing contact centre staff retention by 10% in the first 6 months. • Team of the Year finalist 2010 & 2015 and Employee Hall of Fame member.
