Here are some of my responsibilities as a club lacrosse coach:• Work with three to five other coaches on a field running a practice for 40-60 elementary and middle schoolplayers• Design drills individually to teach basic lacrosse skills to groups of 10-15 girls• Manage a team of 15-20 middle school girls through a day of competitions• Organize subbing, assist players with fixing their mistakes, and reinforce strengths
