About Kim Davis
I have over 34 years in Management. Most of my experience is in the dental field. I started in one practice with 2 chairs and 5 employees and when I left the position we had 17 operatories and over 30 employees. I was responsible for HR issues, choosing health insurance, marketing and growing an $8 million dollar practice. My office is in the top 10% of all offices for production and collections in the US. In 2016, we partnered with Lightwave Dental. Lightwave Dental is a dental leadership organization that currently has 72 practices. I am the Regional Director of Operations and currently oversee 12 practices in Northern Virginia and our goal is to produce over $50 million in revenue in 2022.
