I have over ten years of experience in talent acquisition, operations and deployment, working with international organizations such as IBTCI and SOC LLC. I have successfully recruited and deployed hundreds of experts for various projects and missions across the world, ensuring their safety, well-being, and performance. I have also developed and implemented talent management systems and processes that enhance the quality and efficiency of the hiring and onboarding process.
