Accountable for high level candidate experience Responsible for the communication with the Hiring Managers and candidates/agencies including scheduling interviews, delivering feedback and making offers Design, develop and implement both the training and coaching of recruiting managers in recruitment methods, through both one-to-one coaching and general guidance Lead on the development and management of the Graduate programme Maintains and builds a number of strategic (internal) client relationships • Manages projects which require cross functional co-operation • Effective liaison with other parts of BNP Paribas Real Estate is critical to success • Represents BNP Paribas Real Estate at external events • Responsible for and managing a team • Coaching/mentoring of others such as direct reports and graduate trainees
