As the Director of Strategic Planning within Marketing Operations on our CVS Health business, my aim is to create efficiencies for the marketing organization that prioritize value. I\'m working on creating operational efficiency and leading the team through an organizational transition. Building, using, monitoring process and tools as well as, developing and maintaining reporting. The team consists of resource managers, agile coaches, and reporting analysts, and will position us for success by enhances existing capabilities and fully supporting our internal agency. I strive to be a thought starter who pushes back on the norm, encourages change, and creates simplicity.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:In addition to oversight of the Strategic Planning Team, ensuring projects are assigned on time and with appropriate skill set, agile teams are supported, and real-time reporting is available, while determining prioritization across the org. Helping to gather and share critical success metrics that will help business leaders make the right decisions to meet their goals. Leading efforts to determine organizational structure, determining a methodology to review process opportunities, and providing staffing recommendations to keep our internal agency within our financial parameters. Along with our team, I work through ongoing process improvements and training to gain/maintain efficiencies while improving cross-team goals and effectiveness.
