   Formulates and drives the Gainwell Medicaid Analytics vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and development execution.Manages a team of 6 product owners responsible for managing sales pipeline, pricing, marketing, and client consulting across data and analytics product offerings including; Managed Care, Operational Analytics, HEDIS, T-MSIS, EDW, Provider, and Pharmacy.Leads the analytics product response to state issued RFP, RFI and sole-source deals. Presents at customer orals and client demonstrations.Engages in pre-sales activities, partnering with sales leadership for clients seeking products in the data and analytics portfolio. Participates in client meetings and demonstrates Gainwell’s analytics offerings to include the back-end EDW data governance features, front-end user-friendly web portal, analytics dashboards, ad hoc capabilities and AI/ML predictive models, visualized through Tableau and Power BI toolsets.Manages analytics vendor partner relationships and engages in partner vs. build strategy in deal solutioningPlans and executes analytics client demonstrations at State Medicaid Conferences to include MESC, State HIT and NAMPI.Led the Delaware EDW and Analytics RFP response including, solutioning, pricing and writing. This resulted in Gainwell’s first EDW and Analytics competitive procurement win with TCV of $52M for Gainwell’s new analytics platform Gainwell GeniusTM, extending Gainwell’s 35 year relationship with the state.
