Tiny South is a residential real estate developer based in Atlanta focused on small home communities. We specialize in sustainable building practices and community oriented development, as well as native and edible productive landscapes. Our recent projects include the Cottages on Vaughan for which we were the development partner with nonprofit MicroLife Institute The Cottages on Vaughan was recognized by the Atlanta Regional Commission in its Regional Excellence Awards for best Innovative Development of 2021. Half of the homes are net zero and we demonstrate our principals of utilization of space both indoors and out. The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve in Young Harris, GA is another project that is nearly sold out, and will include over 30 modern homes once completed This all solar community is nestled at the top of a ridge with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge mountains and brings community together in a serene and secluded location.
