Current efforts include Identify, map, evaluate, implement, maintain and audit process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas including Estimating, Procurement, HR, Safety, Accounting, Document Control and Project Controls, to solve process related problems/inefficiencies. Work collaboratively across all department to enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet business objectives and goals. Have worked in project controls including EVM and CPI reports, and scheduling projects up to $25M as well as procurement support for Paste Engineering and Design at Golder. I completed my certification in Supply Management. I have worked in the engineering industry since 1986 and progressed throughout my career. My career started as a receptionist and have worked as a Business Operations Lead, Human Resources, Infrastructure Manager, Project Controls and Procurement. I am a quick learner hence a very diverse career (I fill in the gaps where help is needed). Working in HR provided me the opportunity to understand business growth at a management level and understand the X-Y generation phenomena, which helped me as a Business Operations Lead. The ISO certification process allowed me the opportunity to understand the need for systems and standards.
