High volume Disney Springs location with over 60 partners, a high volume drive thru location in Windermere and a busy mall location across from Disney. I set up/trained a new licensed store in a hotel. I lead the Disney location through Covid\'s closure and re-opening. I have promoted 3 internal baristas to shift supervisors. I\'ve also worked with and lead 2 shift supervisors that now are store managers. Very active in community outreach events.
