   Kenny has a patient and creative approach to tutoring. He helps students identify their weaknesses and works to help them improve their knowledge and skills while making each lesson dynamic, engaging, and enjoyable. Committed to helping his students improve, he is always easy to reach by phone call, text message, or email with any questions that pop up in between lessons. By applying the latest research in educational psychology, Kenny teaches his students the study habits they need to excel in any subject. Kenny is always working to refine his teaching methods in order to empower his students with the grit, resilience, and curiosity necessary for successful academic and professional careers. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School and Vanderbilt University, Kenny has over hours of test prep experience on both sides of the table, as tutor and as student. As a result, he knows which tutoring strategies work and which just create busywork. Since Kenny began tutoring in 2014, he has worked with hundreds of students ranging from the elementary through high school level. Many of his students have gone on to attend New York\'s most selective public and private schools, as well as Ivy League and other highly competitive universities. Kenny\'s students describe him as a very kind (but demanding), sharp, and super-responsive tutor who loves to help students reach their full potential.
