Experienced Machine Learning Researcher, coming from a PhD in astrophysics and now specialised primarily in computer vision and NLP: developing, training, and deploying algorithms for automated image/video analysis and natural language dialogue in real time. I have built generalised frameworks and pipelines for training models and running them in production under a variety of performance and hardware constraints - data volume, hardware architecture, etc. I work primarily in python with frameworks like pytorch, but don\'t shy away from delving into lower level code when necessary.
