Hello! My name is Zack! I’m a Marketer, Tech Enthusiast, Graphic Designer, Podcast Co-Host, and Customer Success Champion. Growing up in the Telecom industry, I began working at Calix as a Customer Success Manager for Engagement Cloud, formally known as Marketing Cloud, in 2021. As a Success Manager, I’ve worked alongside our customers to not only understand their data, but to create targeted, high impact marketing campaigns to reduce churn, improve operational efficiency, and maximize customer investment from the Calix Cloud. In this role, I also produce and co-host a podcast, Buffering, served as a mentor to new hires, and built trusted relationships with key business leaders across the industry.
