A little about me. My passion? People in the workplace! We spend more time with our co-workers than we do with our families. It’s so important for HR Leaders to help build a better future for their team members! It’s truly the greatest part of working in HR! I love leading projects where I can help enhance HR components to their fullest potential. Every decision an HR Leader makes impacts every life at a company. I’ve been blessed to work in both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Skilled in Coaching, Team Building, Performance & Change Management, Benefits Administration, Risk Management, Safety Programs, and Leadership at all levels. I received my Certification in Human Resources Change Management to enrich my knowledge in a subject matter that means so much to me! While I\'m proud of my master\'s degree, my certification in Change Management truly helped me understand the importance of process improvement. Fun Facts: One of my greatest personal achievements was receiving my 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.I married my high school sweetheart and we’ve been together for 20 years!(my favorite fairy tale)<3 I have 2 kids who are my sunshine’s and we have a dog (Sheepadoodle) named Noble and 2 rescued cats.I’ve always wanted it all – career, marriage, and a family. I truly believe everyone can achieve their greatest dreams.
