My responsibilities include:• Develop, implement, market, and evaluate facility based worksite wellness programs in a medical setting of 1300+ associates• Monitor incentive programs, wellness class enrollment, and track participation.• Present wellness initiatives to leadership and associates• Manage on-site fitness center including: memberships, payroll deductions, and financial reports• Responsible for all fitness related programming and interventions offered to employees in the Health Promotion Center• Facilitate educational wellness classes on stress management and health weight• Instruct group fitness classes per week • Coordinate special events, such as health fairs and biometric health screenings• Identify health education and wellness goals for a community outreach wellness program focusing on childhood obesity.
