If you need a phase to describe me, it\'s “making it happen.” Throughout my professional career in North Dakota, I have met every challenge with hard work and persistence. “Making it happen” started at an early age when I discovered I could out sell any kid during a school fundraiser. Fast forward a few years, I found myself working at the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation in the beautiful badlands of North Dakota where I ran a bakery, sold the most bottled water of any vendor before the Medora Musical while getting the audience to sing “Cool Water” by Hank Williams, and was cast as Sheriff Bear.Hanging up the bear suit from the musical, I finished my education at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and graduated with master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management in 2007. From 2005 thru 2012, I was the manager of City Magazine, a local Bismarck publication, and during this time I became vested in the Bismarck-Mandan business arena and community.Grateful for my life in the Bismarck-Mandan region, I wanted to help make a difference in the lives of its residents, so I accepted a position in 2012 as the Development Director for a local foundation and began raising funds to enhance the region\'s healthcare services.In 2015, with the desire to impact the region even more, I became a real estate investor focusing on a fix and hold strategy. I also obtained my real estate license in January 2016. As a REALTOR® in Bismarck, I am excited to help home buyers make the Bismarck-Mandan region their home or help investors include the area in their investment portfolio. It\'s a fantastic place to live, work, play, and invest, and if you become my client or an investing partner I promise I will do everything I can to “making it happen” with your residential or commercial property. There is just one caveat.please just don’t ask me to put on the Sheriff Bear suit.Remember, my real estate philosophy is: “Fewer clients. Focused service. Faster results.”
