I\'m the co-founder of SHAZ & KIKS, a hair wellness company building Foundational Hair Health™ with high-performing formulas rooted in Ayurveda. My sister and I created this company inspired by our childhood summers in the foothills of the Himalayas where our grandma taught us time-tested rituals of Ayurveda, one of the world\'s oldest healing systems. SHAZ & KIKS takes these age-old practices and ingredients and reimagines them in today\'s world. Prior to starting my own company, I\'ve been in the digital space for 15+ years. Starting my career in analytics and then moved into strategy and product development. I have worked in a variety of industries (publishing, CPG, media, automotive, beauty/fashion, technology, healthcare/pharmaceutical) to help understand the consumer and how to target them through both qualitative and quantitative analysis to create marketing mix models, content strategy, ROI-focused product roadmaps, go-to-market plans and user-focused solutions. On my downtime: love people/dog watching, history buff, food and fashion enthusiast, lover of \'90s sitcoms, and trying the newest health/fitness kick only to find another one the next month.
