ABOUT KERSTIN LEUTHER
As a PhD scientist with over 20 years of experience in clinical research, my mission is to enable clinical research that advances compassionate, innovative care empowering people with chronic disease to live life as they hope to. I have broad scientific expertise and a strong background in strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on clinical research, R&D operations, investigational drug and medical device development, project and alliance management, and business development. I manage strategic projects that require cross-functional coordination of multiple objectives, priorities, and resources, and I facilitate high-impact and sensitive corporate and alliance matters with professionalism, discretion, integrity, and respect. I have experience leading global and domestic alliances with diverse partners, ranging from startups to large multinational companies, and conducting scientific and business due diligence activities, including negotiation of license agreements and partnership contracts. I interact with senior management to review company strategies, objectives, metrics, milestones, timelines, and results. I aspire to have a positive impact on the world, and practice kindness.
