Perform Bio-Analytical testing including Flow Cytometry, ELISA, cell count, cell viability, residual bead assessment and visual assessment for in-process, final product as well as R&D, process development and stability studies • Perform MOI (Multiplicity of Infection) of Lentiviral Vectors using Human T Cells • Contribute to OOS/OOE investigations and deviation investigations • Perform method qualification/optimization of methods as per appropriate protocols • Assist with maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment • Perform & assist in method validation, QC and logbook reviews • Provide training to Associate Scientists, Scientists and Processing Specialists • Interview for temporary, associate scientist, scientist and senior scientists positions • Support 5S and Lean projects • Revise SOPs and forms • Knowledge of LabWare LIMS, SRM and TEDI
